Doesn't have to fat free or low fat. Just prioritize protein and fiber and you will naturally consume less calories and lose weight

Wheat bread is better for you or rye! Turkey would be healthier than ham. lots of veggies if not fresh frozen is a good choice too.

Hi Gail, I think sometimes it depends on what you get. I’m in Jersey and we don’t have Publix here. I usually shop at Walmart target or even Aldi’s is great. I also Instacart too because I’m blind and I can’t carry the heavy stuff cause I have some back issues so we also have Stop & Shop here. I usually Instacart that all different things.
