A couple things to note here. Firstly, within the HSR lore, Pompom cannot leave the Astral Express. So his appearance in New Eridu is not canon, meaning the entire collab will most likely not be canon. Secondly, adopting the Overwatch method and doing mashup skins for existing ZZZ characters would be far superior to making HSR characters playable as then the immersion of ZZZ is not broken unless you buy the skin and the mashup is more creative than just porting a character.
