I feel terrible for this lady. Absolutely wrong what she did but the doctors didn’t help her condition. We need more understanding medically on thus matter - they absolutely failed her

She should go to a mental health facility and her husband should go to jail!!! He was told not to leave her alone with the kids but did it anyways!!!

The real problem is her husband. It was clear to everyone around her that she had postpartum psychosis. She was also HEAVILY medicated…her husband did not take her illness seriously. He didn’t think it was a big deal and EXPECTED her to carry on as usual. He is responsible for the tragedy.

She’s on constant suicide watch, it’s almost cruel to make her continue living in a world where she killed her kids. Postpartum can be terrifying. There’s no right answer here.

Having 3 babies within 5 years... sounds like her hormones were going wild with postpartum psychosis, much like Andrea Yates. This is so cruel and unfair how she kept begging for help, yet received no proper treatment 😭💔

if doctors specifically told me to not leave someone alone, i would not be making a quick store and dinner run. It was decided that she was not stable enough to be alone and then her husband just…….. does exactly that????? With three young children????????? What type of a person, let alone a man, does that? What type of father and husband leaves his family in danger knowing damn well that there IS danger?

So many people in her circle failed her, especially the doctors. She was begging for help. She should have never been alone with them in that state, though so I do feel her hubby is to blame!! I hope she gets the help & treatment she needs. ❤️

As someone who works in psych. Those medications are no joke and you shouldn’t even try one unless it is absolutely necessary for you. Especially ssri they cause so many people to have psychotic breaks that can last months
