The facility needs to be closed The owner and staff should be sued. Police can you do something. And letting the dog stay at the bottom of pool until right before the dog owner comes to pick him up.

I would never trust a place with my dog cuz of stuff like this these and the groomers I just saw another reel with a groomer punching the dogs that didn’t stay still to get their nails clipped the way I would’ve crashed out I would’ve went to jail
