if i remember it correctly in light novel due to kimotheraphy that she take koharu will loss her hair and became bold...let see who are going to keep loving her and let see how other reaction..and one more thing...the reason she loss her ability to see was because of cancer at a young age...something like ahhh the cancer cell is spreading in throught blood vessel and some of it reach her eyes..i don't really remember since i read the ln in the early 2025.. also this image is right before she took her second kimotheraphy. her first time is during her childhood period..she even said that she dislike kimotheraphy because it will make her hair fall apart and that why she cut her hair short...
