My neck is killing me! Every-time I move I hear a cracking noise! I have had X-rays done and doctor says nothing is wrong! Told me to do physical therapy but honestly don’t have much time for it. I have tried everything the roller, hanging my neck off the bed, this, pulling on my hair to crack my neck, at this point I’m ready need help! Take my money !
