the fact that u can walk out there, offer $5 per bag and get that area cleaned up in a few hours really makes me wonder why states and cities are paying thousands and millions of dollars for "cleaning services" when OBVIOUSLY its not being done 🤔 Where is all that money actually going and why are these companies being paid if theyre not actually cleaning 🤔
