regardless of the shrinkage, a “bigger halo” will still require longer hair, so personally I admire waist length 4c hair while elongated and shrunken…some people keep their hair stretched as it gets longer so there’s a lot of styles in between shrunken-straight. I don’t understand the condescending “humor”

Oh trust, I’m delusional. Not crazily so because I don’t expect it to be like that in its natural state, and I do braid outs just about every day. I also, after losing all my hair for a medical reason, have learned that I am very willing to do the upkeep to be gentle and kind to it, so I feel (heavy on feel) that I know how to take care of it so I can visually see a lot of my length (not all) through non-heated stretching methods. That said, for sure, there’s some delusion going on up here.

Why are y’all so mad??? She literally just asked if your goal is waist length while straight or curly. Because waist length when straight will still look about shoulder length and waist length while curly has to be down to your legs while straight

My hair is 4b but I wanted to say I like to wear my hair in mini twist and they visibly get longer and thicker,I am not expecting to have my hair down to my waist while in my fro is out but I do want to see my afro larger and as elongated as possible,my hair is only armpit length so far but I wanna keep strong with my routine like this
