@ladyspinedoc: Case study 239 - Chest pain then paralysis A 58-year-old man arrives in the ER after sudden, ripping chest and back pain that spread into his abdomen. Minutes later, the pain fades…but his legs go numb and weak. He can’t stand. He can’t move either leg. He can’t feel pain or temperature below his belly button, but he can still feel his legs being touched and moved. What’s the diagnosis? We will review the full case tomorrow. #sundaycasestudy #ladyspinedoc #chestpain

Bashir 🎱 :
1-his uncontrolled HTN can mainly contribute /lead to have that condition (A,disction)
2- we can manage through endovascular repair surgery
3- his paralysis caused by spinal hypoperfusion.
