My favorite resource was not mentioned. It is トリリンガルのトミ. Everything is free (vocabulary lists, grammar explanation, free tests and even a certificate after completing. I stopped paying for koreanpod101 and talk to me in Korean after discovering トリリンガルのトミ. I started as a beginner and now study intermediate level Korean.
