*MY TRIBUTE TO TONBRA* Growing up with Tonbra was an elaborate feast of love, laughter, fights and memories I never imagined would end so soon... As teenagers, she would illegally drive all the way to Chevron just to celebrate my birthdays with me. *Tonbra always showed up for the people she loved!* As we grew older, we somehow became even more inseparable. *Especially when my dad died, Tonbra became nicer to me and my siblings* She encouraged me to always do tiktoks and go live that she would be my manager for bookings. Tonbra was My manager ❤️ My favorite cousin My closest friend🥹 My travel roommate My quarrel partner🤌🏽 *Most annoying person I've ever met in my life,* but yet the sweetest... She had a way around everything... She knew the solution and strategic implementation to every problem... *My 911* One time, my car broke down in the middle of the night around roundabout, Tonbra drove all the way down that night to rescue me *We had this life360 App (she named it "besties" and she knew my location 24/7* Whenever I slept at a place other than home she will video call to know where I was... *We had a unique way of begging for money* We would call the person on a group call and say *"We are just checking on you..* We send our love and expect your love"😂😂😂 She would pick the hairstyle and clothes for my birthday shoots and come up with best ideas to have a memorable day🥹 I still catch myself reaching for my phone to tell you something... then I remember you're gone. *We would speak on the phone for hours...* She knew all the people in my life... All my friends either met her or knew her name... thats how precious she was to me. *We fought almost everytime for the littlest things,* We would fight over the front seat of a car Fight over food in public and fight for who will take the chicken with skin and constantly report each other to whoever is available to settle fight. *Becky would say, "I nor dey shook mouth for Tonbra and Erebi matter" because dem go soon settle and na me go be enemy*😂 Tonbra wouldn't say "sorry" when she's wrong... she would rather cook and serve you food, or say let's do tiktok and thats how we settle Whenever I wanted to annoy her I will call her Dorcas It was her baptismal name but she hated the name so much because of that Nigerian movie "Dorcas is a queen ni oo a queen ni oo... and Dorcas was an imbecile in that movie *She saved my name on her phone as "Erebi my princess"* She asked me to add a cute emoji to her name and I told her I would consider that when she stopped behaving like a witch😂 But now, all I have are the memories we made, instead of the ones we were still supposed to make. *My Tbiens* If love alone could have kept you here, you would have lived forever💯 I miss you in ways words will never be able to explain🥹 Rest well, my Tonbra💜 Until we meet again...
