I’ve been thinking this for quite a while and just saw an interview with AOC where she is told that a data center in VA is being built over an aquifer. She said she just got chills because they were trying to build them over aquifers and recharging stations in NY and NY put up a moratorium of data centers. IL gov just did the same.
