sorry this may sound insensitive, but it's really a genuine question. How can someone be unemployed for months, and most insane is years? eh nakakuha naman ako agad ng trabaho a week after SHS grad, nakakuha rin naman ako agad ng 3 job offer, full time, ngayong summer break. Isn't being a minimum wage earner better than being unemployed? lalo na't nandito tayo sa pinas na need mo ng work experience kahit alam naman nilang bagong graduate ka lang. At least, that's my thought process kaya nag nag work na ako after SHS grad para once na naka graduate ako ng college eh makalayas na ako rito sa bansa, kung matatagalan man eh madadalian na lang akosa pag aapply. Sorry po.

Ang hanap ba naman college graduate with 2-3 years exp tapos minimum lang naman yung sahod tapos papahirapan pa sa dami ng requirements/interviews tapos tagal ng hiring process.

This is just my two cents. Mas madaling makakuha ng trabaho ang mga walang degree dahil mas flexible ang expectations nila. Kapag may degree ka kasi, madalas inaasahan mo na ang trabaho mo ay pasok agad sa field mo, you put yourself in a box. Meanwhile, those without degrees naturally explore outside that box to find a job that clicks. So, step out of your comfort zone and find a job that works for you. Kahit mababa ang starting salary, as long as it puts food on the table, take it to gain experience and build your skills. Bakit ka maghihintay, habang nauungusan ka na ng mga taong less qualified kaysa sa'yo?
