But in a way, this one finally gave me answers. I was diagnosed with Sjögren’s Disease a week ago. It explains everything I was going through for so long. The fatigue, the pain, the dry eyes, the aches, the blood clots and heart problems, the stomach issues, the joint pain, the nerve pain and all the days I knew something wasn’t right—it finally has a name.
