it's because of the proximity to whiteness in the sexual market. People with lighter skin tones are more valued in colonized society. in this they have different categories on a spectrum and with any spectrum there are two ends. White woman fall on the positive end of the spectrum where they're feminity, purity and women hood are valued more than any other race, Hispanic women fall into the middle where they don't get the purity part, but they are allowed their feminity which in turn makes it allowed for them to be positively viewed as valuable in the market just not as much as white woman. They do this by still framing Hispanic women (along with lighter skinned women of any race) as angry, loud, brash but it's "sexy". Now black women fall on the other end of the spectrum where their sexual value is diminished to uphold the views and rules set for white women and to continue the oppress on the black people. Other races especially the white race of women are allowed their femininity and are allowed to even benefit from it and protect it but black women are denied that. They're still found sexy but to make sure they can't benefit from being perceived as feminine and valuable (or protectable) they instead transfer those attributes to lighter skinned women and white women. (bbls, lip injections, tanning, being feisty.ect)
