Charsi Chicken Karahi چرسی چکن کڑاہی Ingredients * ½ chicken * 3 cups oil * 5–6 tomatoes * ½ tbsp chopped green chillies * ½ tbsp garlic powder * 3–4 green chillies * ½ tbsp black pepper powder * Ginger slices * Salt to taste Method of Preparation 1. Heat 3 cups oil, add the chicken, and fry until golden. 2. Remove 2 cups of oil, leaving 1 cup in the pan. 3. Add tomatoes and ½ tbsp green chillies, cover, and cook on low heat until the tomatoes soften. 4. Mash the tomatoes, then add garlic powder, green chillies, black pepper powder, ginger slices, and salt. 5. Mix well and fry for a few minutes until the oil separates and the chicken is fully cooked. 6. Serve hot and enjoy. #chickenkarahi #chicken #curry #viral #foryou
