A simple reminder to let go & let it all fall into place!🍂 I made this little piece because I often need life’s big reminder that letting go is part of the seasons that help us grow. I’m going to “leaf” this right here for anyone who also feels like they “fall” into forgetting that there’s beauty in the unknown! Made with love & shared with care!🍁✍🏻👧🏻💛 #rachelryle #animation #fall #letitgo #quote

For early humans, a stone could become a cutting tool, a hammer, etc. The material itself was simple, but people gradually learned how to choose the right stones, break them in a controlled way and create sharper edges. These were some of the first technologies made by humans. Thousands of years later, people were cutting and moving enormous blocks to build structures like the pyramids. Working with stone now required planning, mathematics, specialized tools and the coordinated work of many people. The final part brings the same idea into the modern world. Computer chips are made from silicon. It is produced from silica, a substance commonly found in quartz and sand. The silicon is purified, formed into a single crystal and sliced into extremely thin wafers. After many more steps, these wafers become the chips inside computers and phones. Of course, one stone did not literally travel through all these stages. I simply liked the idea of passing it from one person to another and showing how much our ability to work with materials has changed. From a stone held in the hand to structures built from millions of stones, and eventually to technology measured in nanometers. #edit #History #Technology #Animation #Stone
