@thestitchingwitch: Did you know that Fortune Telling “for gain or lucre” is illegal in Pennsylvania? Due to Title 18, Section 7104 of the PA legal code, any sort of “Fortune Telling” including, but not limited to Cartomancy, Astrology, Necromancy and “witchcraft” including Love Powders and Potion is illegal The law was founded in Anti-Romani xenophobia, and has disproportionately effected Romani Immigrants in the state for the majority of its history. In 2023, the former Hanover Borough Police chief attempted to arrest me using this statute, and now in order to stay out of jail, I have to sue the entire State of Pennsylvania and successfully abolish the law. The next meeting I have with the courts is on July 22nd and should yield a court date, or at least a timeline! In the meantime, I am gathering all of Witchtok to help me out with a spell to aid in abolishing the Anti-Witchcraft Laws in PA. Want to help?
