Honestly nowadays subliminal’s on YouTube are untrustworthy, they hide bad messages and affirmations. which I don’t really get because why would you make a whole page about helping people through subliminals and then do the polar opposite? It makes no sense cause it feels like they just wasted their time.. but I generally feel like making your own subliminals. Will definitely get you faster results than using someone else’s

I don’t know I think that’s a lot of work. I just go to Pinterest take my inspo, open CapCut, add them then on the audio tab still on CapCut I literally record my affirmations and then extract a song from a video and since I don’t wanna pay I just screen record and voila

Guys, this is probably a dumb question, but like how can our subconscious understand the sped up affirmations? I made mine sped up, but not too much to where I can’t understand it, but I put theta waves and turned it down to where I can’t understand it. And our rain on top Should that work?
