Wakil Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) Hellyana diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya. Pemberhentian sementara tersebut dilakukan karena Hellyana berstatus terdakwa dalam perkara dugaan penggunaan ijazah palsu yang kini bergulir di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Pangkalpinang. Pemberhentian sementara Hellyana diumumkan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Kepulauan Bangka Belitung setelah menerima Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 102/P Tahun 2026 tentang Pemberhentian Sementara Wakil Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Masa Jabatan 2025-2030.
Wakil Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) Hellyana diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya. Pemberhentian sementara tersebut dilakukan karena Hellyana berstatus terdakwa dalam perkara dugaan penggunaan ijazah palsu yang kini bergulir di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Pangkalpinang. Pemberhentian sementara Hellyana diumumkan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Kepulauan Bangka Belitung setelah menerima Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 102/P Tahun 2026 tentang Pemberhentian Sementara Wakil Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Masa Jabatan 2025-2030. "Pemberhentian sementara tersebut merupakan bagian dari proses administrasi pemerintahan setelah adanya penetapan Hellyana sebagai terdakwa," kata Inspektur Daerah Babel Imam Kusnadi, Senin (28/9). Imam mengatakan pemberhentian sementara Hellyana sebagai wakil gubernur berlaku hingga adanya putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap atau inkrah. "Usai ada pemberhentian ini, selanjutnya tugas wakil gubernur akan dipegang langsung oleh gubernur," ungkapnya. Selama Hellyana berstatus nonaktif, tugas Wakil Gubernur Babel dilaksanakan oleh Gubernur Babel Hidayat Arsani. Keppres tersebut ditetapkan Presiden Prabowo Subianto pada 23 September 2026 dan diterima Pemprov Babel pada Senin (28/9).
