But loving someone and being in love with them are 2 different things. If you truly love them, then you need to be with them. It’s not fair to you or her, especially if either of you are married to someone else.

I was married for 4 years. I’m in a wheelchair and I didn’t think I would ever get married. It took me 40 years to find this man and he died a little over 4 years after we got married. It’s been 10 years since I lost him and I was only 44 years old. I hope and pray I find someone I can love again but I know I’ll never love the next person the way I loved him. While I would love to have someone in my life again but they would have to understand that I have no desire to get married again. It would take a special person to be with me because of my disability and the fact I don’t want to get married again so I’m not holding my breath on finding love again.

Amen, my husband has passed due to cancer, he was my true love whole heart and soul but that doesn't mean I could never love another but men are threatened by that so I stay alone.
