Doesn’t matter if the person is perfect. They can get sick and get laid off from work, or be in an accident and die. Then what happens to their partner that’s left behind with no job, no safety net, maybe kids? In this economy?

just because your idea of a perfect man is a provider, doesn’t mean thats every woman’s idea of a perfect man. many women prefer a career and equal home, no kids etc it depends on the person. very narrow mindset.
