Pan con Tomate Ingredients * 2 thick slices crusty bread * 1–2 tbsp olive oil * 1 garlic clove, peeled * 1 ripe tomato, halved * Flaky sea salt * 1 tbsp minced chives or basil ribbons * Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling 1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 2. Toast the bread for 2–3 minutes per side, until crisp and golden brown. 3. Rub the toasted bread all over with the garlic clove. 4. Rub each cut side of the tomato over a grater. ** 5. Sprinkle the shredded tomato with @maldonsalt flaky sea salt, and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and gently mix it all together.
