i work there and truly doordashes will sit there for upwards of 10-15 minutes regularly. it’s hot when we put it in the bag but it sits there and gets cold & then sits right in front of the AC vents in their car and gets colder. doordash will almost never be hot and fresh; this is a doordash issue, not a mcdonald’s issue

The drivers gets payed basically only your tip and maybe 2 from the app. They’re not gonna answer unless your tip is amazing….with gas prices often drivers have to pickup orders off other apps to make it worth it for them.

I get were u are coming from. we do door dash , The one that messes up the most for us is Wendy's. I do custom orders all the time because I am dealing with a real picky eater. door dash also takes to many orders so shit gets cold water down. plus sometimes wrong.

I never order fries from door dash because they can have multiple orders that they are dropping off at once and you could be the last one the fries are never good and fresh

That happened to you. I used DoorDash quite a bit because I’m an original and I don’t have any issues. I’ve been using them for about six years now and I have no problem. I think he just had a really bad dash better luck next time.
