As the former spouse of a law enforcement officer who was protected by his agency after committing dv & child abuse ... and kiIIed multiple people and had many use of force issues .... and is still working on the streets... people have no idea what is going on with their local poIice. They are no different than ICE

of course they're horrible hiring practices. No one in history has had great hiring practices for an occupying army. 🤷♂️since they have no obligation to protect us and no liability for what they do If anyone assumes they're anything but that I think they missed the point.

My local police department gives "preference points" to applicants for various reasons. One of those reasons is if the applicant's parent was an officer killed in the line of duty. So like, come on in, vendettas welcome, I guess?
