Incorrect. You are supposed to torque with slight vehicle weight and then retorque under full vehicle weight/load. Torquing once while full vehicle load is down won’t allow it to seat properly

Just as long as you don’t already over torque them with a rattle gun. I see it all the time ppl using it and the torque wrench immediately clicking on follow up because it’s already over torqued!!

Just do the work yourself. I can't count how many times I've seen shops put on tires and use an air gun and that's it. No wonder we always have seized lug nuts.
