I've been saying dor a while now that audio and video "recordings" should NOT be admissible in court at this poin. We have already had many people in the US arrested by law enforcement because the floc system's AI had misidentified them. They had to "prove" themselves. innocent and spent months in jail. Part of our constitution says that we are innocent until proven guilty and that has now flipped because of AI security systems and that does not even cover the deep fakes and Ai generated content.
