@drshintani.com: 🔥 8 steps to control inflammation, chronic pain and autoimmune disease — naturally. Dr. Terry Shintani, Harvard-trained physician and nutritionist, has been treating inflammatory and autoimmune conditions naturally for over 30 years — including chronic headaches, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, and more. Here are his 8 steps: 1️⃣ Avoid toxins, chemicals and allergens — artificial ingredients, herbicide residues, smoking, dairy, even some cosmetics 2️⃣ Limit animal fat — it may bioconcentrate toxins 3️⃣ Eat colorful vegetables and fruit — packed with anti-inflammatory nutrients 4️⃣ Limit processed carbs and sugar — they contribute to inflammation 5️⃣ Eat more omega-3 rich foods — flax, walnuts, fatty fish 6️⃣ Limit omega-6 oils — especially arachidonic acid in meat, poultry, and seed oils 7️⃣ Eat more high-fiber foods — feed your gut flora which regulates inflammation 8️⃣ Coordinate with your physician — natural steps work best alongside medical care 🌿 Get the full details in Dr. Shintani's book — The Peace Diet on Amazon 📖 Full article at DrShintani.com — link in bio #DrTerryShintani #PeaceDiet #Inflammation #ChronicPain #AutoimmuneDisease #Arthritis #Rheumatoid #Psoriasis #CrohnsDisease #AntiInflammatory #Omega3 #GutHealth #FoodIsMedicine #HawaiiHealth #HealthTips

Blake Shelton :
I contracted herpes after being intimate with my new boyfriend for the first time. Before we had sex, he never mentioned that he was living with the virus, so I had no idea I was at risk. A few days later, I became extremely sick and experienced painful symptoms that lasted for about two weeks. It was one of the most difficult experiences I’ve ever gone through. After I confronted him, he admitted that he had known about his herpes diagnosis for years but chose not to tell me beforehand.
I felt completely betrayed because I believe I deserved the opportunity to make an informed decision about my own health. If he had been honest with me from the beginning, I could have asked questions, taken precautions, or decided whether I was comfortable with the risk. Instead, that choice was taken away from me.
I decided to end the relationship because trust is very important to me. However, he keeps telling me that I’m overreacting and that herpes is common, so it shouldn’t be a big deal. I understand that many people live normal lives with herpes, but I still feel that honesty and informed consent are essential in any relationship. Am I wrong for feeling this way, or was I justified in expecting him to be truthful before we became intimate?
Am cured now by @HERBALIST ODIBO 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
