I'm OBSESSED with these high protein waffles! 🧇🍯 They are light, fluffy and made with just a few simple ingredients. I like to cook a batch and store in them in the freezer in a ziplock, then you can just pop them in the toaster for breakfast (basically a grown up version of Eggos waffles 🤣) You can find the full recipe on healthykitchen dot com or get it below 👇 COTTAGE CHEESE PROTEIN WAFFLES: - 1 cup 2% Cottage Cheese - 3 large eggs - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 cup rolled oats - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1/8 tsp salt - 1 tsp coconut oil HOW TO: - Preheat your waffle iron. - While the waffle iron heats, add all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. - Once the waffle iron is hot, lightly grease with coconut oil or butter. Fill each waffle cavity about ¾ way and cook the waffle until golden. - Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
