I’d like to be profiled, but not because I’m shady, just cos I’m trying to figure out what combo of mental health I have and would like an outside perspective 😂 the obvious answer is psychosis, but it doesn’t quite fit cos I don’t hallucinate and I don’t believe the weird stuff that pops into my head after too much stress gets piled on. It’s not temporal lobe epilepsy either, even though the symptoms are exact, with the exception that the state can last for days/weeks and supposedly focal wave seizures last for minutes at most. I’m definitely neurodivergent and have CPTSD, but there’s something else there I haven’t been able to pin down no matter what angle I look at it from.

A flavorful Sunday dinner featuring perfectly roasted herb chicken, crispy herb potatoes, and garlicky green beans, finished with a savory pan sauce. Ingredients: - 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs) - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp dried rosemary - 1 tbsp dried thyme - 1 tsp garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste - 1 lb baby potatoes, halved - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp dried rosemary - 1 tsp dried thyme - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1 lb green beans, trimmed - 2 tbsp butter - 2 cloves garlic, minced - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the chicken inside and out with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and olive oil. Place in a roasting pan. 3. In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange around the chicken. 4. Roast in the oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and potatoes are tender. 5. While the chicken and potatoes are roasting, prepare the green beans. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside. 6. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 7. Add green beans to the skillet, and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 8. Remove chicken from oven, let rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare pan sauce: pour off excess fat from the roasting pan, place on stove over medium heat, and deglaze with a bit of chicken broth or water, scraping up browned bits. Simmer until slightly reduced. 9. Serve carved chicken with roasted potatoes, garlic green beans, and drizzle with pan sauce. #Recipe #cooking #foodtiktok #homemade #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #mealprep Save this for later!
