They obviously have a wanna be serial killer working for them because that is how they start, by hurting poor innocent animals. Since Petco won't do anything, report that abuse to the FBI. Maybe fear of a Federal investigation with light a fire under management's ass to find out what their employees are doing in their stores. This is very serious and really not ok. I would also contact your local news channels and give them the footage you showed in your tic tok. Certainly some news agency somewhere will pick up this story. you need to take your dog to another vet. not all vets are equal. most of them aren't even worth the paper their diploma is printed on. try a large animal vet, they tend to be more knowledgeable. They obviously tried to drown your dog at Petco, and maybe there's some brain damage. I cant believe any vet would let an animal in that condition walk back out of their office. That poor little dog needed treatment and tests run for poisons and toxins also. The people at the groomers area there at Petco need to be arrested. Go find yourself a k-nine officer with your local PD and show him your footage. Don't stop just because no one's listening to you. keep moving up the Ranks at the PD, at Petco, and at the FBI until you find a person smart enough to realize there's a very big problem at that Petco, and that not just other animals, but possibly people in the future too will be at risk being anywhere near a person that is so deranged they could do that to a poor little dog. Don't stop until you find justice & a good vet for your little guy!!! I pray he'll pull through and be ok.

I'm a retired groomer, I had at least one customer a week that came in complaining that their pets were hurt at petco, Don't stop fighting, this is not OK
