Pls don’t look at stocks while driving!! If you’re not in a position, you can always check later. If you are in a position, why are you checking? If you’re glued to your PNL it means you are likely oversized in that position causing anxiety or you have no risk management and are on leverage.

They’ve found a loophole. Since the law only bans handheld phone use, they mount the phone and keep tapping the screen while driving. Mounted or handheld, it’s still using the phone and it’s still a distraction. The law should cover both. sigh….

It’s unbelievable that some people think the passenger was in the wrong for recording a driver using a phone dangerously while driving and putting passengers’ lives at risk. Can they really not tell the difference between what a driver should and shouldn’t do? Even more astonishing are those who say, “They’re just trying to make a living, so they shouldn’t be reported.” What kind of logic is that? Why can’t they see that the real issue is the dangerous driving itself—not the person who documented or reported it? Instead of making excuses for unsafe behavior, we should be holding drivers accountable for the safety of everyone on the road.
