Calling the friends “good friends” but they knew how intoxicated she was and still went out with her. If anyone pregames THIS hard, it’s a night at home. The fact it got to police intervention is just wrong. She doesn’t gaf but they obviously knew that and are just degrading her after choosing to take her out like that.
