@anneatsworld: I first heard about this place because Zendaya once mentioned it as one of her favorite spots in the Bay Area. After visiting, I can definitely see why it’s so popular. The bakery was busy, the bread was fresh, pastries were still warm, and everything smelled amazing. Whenever I visit a new bakery, I always order a croissant because that’s my way of judging how good a bakery is. This time, I got the chocolate croissant and a carrot muffin. The chocolate croissant was good, but not the best I’ve had in the Bay. I wish it had been flakier, with more layers and a richer buttery flavor. The carrot muffin was okay too. My mom liked it, but it just wasn’t my favorite. That said, the prices are affordable, and it’s still a solid bakery overall.
