I hate that people think social anxiety is simply “fear of being in social settings” because its so much more than that. Id be anxious for hours replaying conversations after they happened. Id go to work and interact with customers and then by end of day id think about how weird everyone must have thought i was.

social anxiety sucks dude, i deadass think for like 5 minutes before sending a single text because i don't wanna sound like an idiot 😂 the worst part is sometimes i get over my social anxiety and have these phases where im really social and happy for like a week then it all comes flooding back and now im back to looking and sounding like an idiot bc im too scared to talk

I can’t DoorDash anymore because one day it was misdelivered to the neighbor across the street and he brought it over and said I ‘was the only person he knows getting door dash’ so now because I have been perceived, I can never order DoorDash again. I need to move, I guess.
