Oh and, In the third book, Trelawney reads Harry and asks if he was born in mid-winter. Harry obviously says no, because he was born in July. But you know who was born in mid-winter? Tom Riddle. Trelawney was sensing the Horcrux.

In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Chapter 6, page 116, Mrs. Weasley has Harry, Ron, Hermione and the others cleaning out the Black family’s house at Grimmauld Place. Among all the objects they find is: “a heavy locket that none of them could open” They literally had one of Voldemort’s Horcruxes right in front of them and had absolutely no idea what it was. Then, in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Kreacher reveals what happened to it. He tells Harry: “Mundungus Fletcher stole it” and identifies it as “Master Regulus’s locket.” So basically, they had a Horcrux right under their noses and didn’t even realize it. If they had figured it out back then, they could have destroyed it earlier and might have saved Dumbledore.

The dementors didn’t went after Harry so bad bc he has so many bad memories, but bc he had two souls inside him. And when he heard his parents before they d1ed, it wasn’t his worst memory, but Voldemort’s. There’s no way he could remember it, it was probably a memory from the horcrux

Fred Weasley's wand was made with a material that didnt last long, meaning his life wouldnt last long either. all of the professors knew and thats why he got away with so many pranks. Draco’s wand was made from unicorn hair. A wand that would never go dark unless it is forced. Harry and voldys wands are both phoenix feathers (phoenix “die” and come back to life.) Remus has Cypress wood (Associated by Ollivander with the brave and self-sacrificing, often matching those destined for a heroic death.)Sirius black wand is unknown. We don’t know what the veil does to a person. Their wands tell their stories. I seen this somewhere and thought it was cool!

in the second movie when Arthur weasley starts asking Harry about rubber ducks, he actually knows what they are for since he is very interested in muggles. He only asks it because he senses that harry feels like a stranger in their house filled with magic so he tries to make him feel like the wizards are also stranger to their world
