As a tattoo artist, yes you will always be judged that’s why I always let my clients know what’s the downside of neck and hand tattoos , however tattoos are being more acceptable now so it all depends on the person.

I think if a parent cared more about your appearance over how you treated their daughter, that’s not a family you’d want to be in. Tattoos are a way of expressing yourself, I couldn’t imagine needing to suppress that part of myself in order to win the approval of people who judge a book by its cover.

As a Mother I would not have an issue with a man with tattoos. I feel tattoos are not an indication of someone's character. Many professionals today have tattoos.
