My AI agent might have a better brain than me. Here's the actual system running underneath my Obsidian vault not just the pretty graph everyone shows. The flow: → Everything I find online gets clipped into my obsidian vault as raw markdown → My agent runs daily reads the raw captures, extracts what matters, structures it into knowledge files, indexes into a master wiki → Weekly it scans for gaps topics that keep coming up but aren't well covered, questions with no answer yet → It prioritises them, I approve the list, then it goes and researches them itself, feeds it back into its system. This is based on the Andrej Karpathy LLM-wiki method Who is one of the founding members of OpenAI and posted the framework on GitHub for people to build into their own systems. (GitHub - @karpathy) Compile what you read, feed it back to a model, compound it over time. That's the basic foundation I built mine on. Everyday it's learning what I need to know before I know I need it.
