@the_kyiv_independent: Russia launched a ballistic missile attack on Ukraine’s capital overnight on July 19. The attack damaged the Lukianivka neighborhood in Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district, blowing out windows in a 25-story residential building. Debris littered the surrounding area, and several cars were completely burned. The neighbourhood has been severely affected by the Russian strikes throughout the full-scale war.
