attended this school, and I still reflect on it with deep emotion. I remember leaving at 1:00 a.m. after the school fees were increased from KSh 33,000 to KSh 80,000, simply because my family could not afford the new amount. I was not leaving because I disliked the school; I left because poverty left me with no other option. Even so, I cared for the school deeply and eventually found my way back. Looking back, I realize that some of the most difficult struggles are the ones others never see, and I am grateful that my story did not end there.
