Most models I know who are working were scouted. It’s kind of difficult -not- to become a model if you have the aesthetics for it naturally. It’s rare that a model who works put in a lot of effort into becoming signed.

I got rejected by all the big agency’s until one smaller agency scouted me on insta. Since then I’ve worked really hard for my portfolio and never booked a test shoot. All my hard work played off because now I’m on stay in Istanbul and I’m walking Paris fashion week this season
