I was a hospital porter in a certain hospital for the last 2 years of my employment I was going into work only 2 or 3 or 4 porter's on shift I went to management to say this isn't helpful the ones that are here especially Me they chose to ignore me and guess what I ended up buring out depression anxiety stress I went off sick and I thought 🤔 never going back after 24 years of loyal service no one cares about you only look after yourself forget money 💰

This is currently me. I’ve been off for burnout. I’m an NHS Senior HCA. And I suffered for aprox a year before I actually listened to myself my body my mental health Burnout is real and it’s refreshing to hear people now freely talk about it. Thankyou. X
