yea I got spun sideways and hit a guardrail at 70 so hard it literally stood my truck on the front bumper and I spun 80 yds on the bumper rest of truck didn't have a scratch Pic on profile

OMG! I passed an accident on I-75 yesterday and saw this actually work the way it's supposed to. The rail was curled up and the pegs came right out. It looked like everyone was fine in both cars.

Yeah and people still die almost everytime they hit them at full highway speeds. We just had a death the other day from a head on with one of these in my town

I'm pleased to learn about these improvements. it shows us that they have acknowledge the dangers of these flaws in the design. first they have to spend a lot of money on a team who's soul purpose is to find new ideas and solutions on ways to save money. safety features have safety features. I'm sure that this design has been offered way longer than anyone would expect. just know that the perfect design is out there we just don't have the money for it
