Crazy Ai slop lmao. The interaction happened, but the soup did not cause severe burns and rather the worst pain stemmed from the spices getting in her orifices. The customer also didn't argue that her actions were reasonable, and pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges. At least get the facts straight if you're gonna post low-quality content.

40%?? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! When you order food from a restaurant, especially soup. It is common sense that your soup is going to be hot. She would’ve complained if the soup was cold would that have been an legitimate reason to sue also for false temperature? We’re not worried about the temperature of the soup. We need to separate that from the action this is assault, and now an innocent worker is disfigured because of somebody’s inability to contain their own anger the customer should be 100% held accountable for her actions. Period!
