You can give out to FIFA all you want but it's the fans paying the absurd prices that cause this. It's all supply and demand. FIFA knows they can squeeze every little drop out of fans and know they will go into obscene amounts of debt to go watch these matches regardless. People need to start voting with their wallets and stop going and leave the stadiums half empty and then prices will fall.
