The best idea would be having 4 yaka meters on site , that's 3 for clients n 1 for caretaker . All security lights to be connected to care taker's yaka, sum the total energy consumed by security lights , divide equally among clients n include it on their monthly rent, once paid deduct billings for security, caretaker loads without inconvenience
