Unfortunately I’ve had a lot of servers who put notes on tickets for stuff that already goes on a dish or removing stuff that doesn’t go on the dish in the first place 🤦♂️😂

told expo a table changed their mind and wanted lasagna instead of chicken parm (maybe 3 minutes after ringing it in) had to stop the runner from dropping off the chicken parm then expo said i never told him that

To be fair, I asked a server yesterday when ordering wings if I could get all flats. He looked at me like I just cast a spell. Goes, “what’s that mean?” I was like… uuuhh… you know how chicken wings have drumsticks? “Yeah 😀” Yeah so “flats” are the other part of the whole wing. So can I get all flats? “Oh… idk what flats are” …………………………. Yeah so hey, go get your boss or another server 😭😭😭
