For those of you asking how I lost weight, in December 2023, I became pre-diabetic due to PCOS with chronic insulin resistance and endocrinologist suggested Bariatric surgery. Anyways, I got a gastric sleeve and had to undergo multiple insulin resistance treatments. Cut out sugar, cut out heavy carbs and consume more protein. Light exercises (i’m normally an active person), I drink 3 stanleys of water a day. Basically calorie deficit Its been 6 months so far and i’ve lost 80lbs (37kgs). I’m no longer pre-diabetic, labs look great, I feel good and look younger.
