OMG we have a new dashboard to do everything that they make me use but I then save as an excel sheet (it’s an option to export) and then update it and THEN have an admin assistant manually change in the dashboard when we are all happy with it. We gave not told admin we do this. They think we all love and use the dashboard they made. We hate it. But. If we say anything they look like they will cry. Took them a year to develop.

At one of my companies an IT director was using Excel to manage their deployment of ServiceNow. I suggested maybe they could use Jira instead of Excel which their team already had deployed. They stopped inviting me to meetings.

The weird thing of these platforms is that you have to download a spreadsheet to update the data in the platform, to update your spreadsheet, which will then update the data to update a future spreadsheet.
