As someone who hates religion I understand why she turned to religion. It is a very community centered thing and that’s what she needs. She needs a community who will support and keep her away from the thing that almost killed her. And for her quitting music… like ofc she would. That environment also almost killed her it’s probably extremely traumatizing.

As an atheist i know that people turn to religion when they go through suffering. It is the entire reason why humanity created organized religion. I think as long as she’s healthy & getting better then that’s all that matters. Her not retiring to music is not more important than her health & happiness

I feel bad for her because religion is predatory towards people in her situation. Do I think she’s in religious psychosis? No. I think like many other people who go through traumatic things, she is just being taken advantage of in a vulnerable state.

For me if you wanna be religious that’s fine, but if she spread any hateful comments about homosexuality or something very hateful toward people because of her religion, then I have a problem with it because there are countless people who turned to religion and they become very hateful toward a certain community

OK, what people did to her at the end of the day was kind of embarrassing, but I understand why they did it. When it comes to Abraham religions and ostracized groups, those same religions were used to control them and keep them under chains slavery, abuse, torture, and severe misogyny and rape culture for centuries, probably even millennia if we were to include Islamic and European colonialism. At the end of the day, going to Christianity, upset people because her entire brand was based off of cloning men for their misogyny, and explaining that their father’s and that the men within their families were just overly sexual ambassadors who wanted her even though they all claimed to hate her and think she’s disgusting for calling out men. Christianity goes extremely against that as it is a monotheistic religion that centers around being that is mainly worshiped in the likeliness of a white man which promotes the most misogyny across the globe. European and Islamic colonialism promote misogyny at the highest levels possible when it comes to the religious scale of things so people being upset about it honestly right to be upset, but you can’t be upset that she found religion. Religion gives people comfort and she almost died so she needs comfort. Let her have her comfort she thank God that doesn’t mean she’s fully Christian or that she worships God as the Christian God or the different denominations of God she could think of God as nature and God as the universe and not God is all annoying but God as a mother and God is a woman and God is protecting.
